Contributory Post Retirement Medicare Scheme (CPRMSE) for Executives of SCCL

• The above Scheme was introduced in SCCL vide GM (Personal) letter ref no CRP/PER/C/06/1752 dt. 04.07.2013
• This scheme applies to all the executives who separated from SCCL on account of retirement (superannuation), VRS, or on medical grounds.
• All the separated executives shall have to apply to Charge of Executive establishment on the prescribed application form, Annexure1. (the same as in the Downloads of this website).
• DD for requisite membership amount to be sent along with application.
• Life certificate (CPRMSE) for payment of outdoor/Domiciliary treatment is to be submitted to Dy GM (Per), CPRMS, Corporate, SCCL every year (on 31st Dec).
• Cashless Medical treatment is provided by SCCL to all retired executives in Empanelled hospitals. (List of hospitals available in Downloads), subject to limitation as per the above circulars.
• Self-paid treatment expenses also shall be reimbursed. “Claim form of outdoor treatment expenses to be submitted to CMS, SCCL in forms B2 and B3. (The same is available in Downloads.)
